Free Home Value Report Search For Homes

Why Should You Work With a Buyer Specialist?

Want to sell your home? Get a FREE home value report.
Want to buy a home? Search all homes for sale.

Today I’m here with Julie Baribeau, our lead buyer specialist. On our team, we have a whole separate division for our buyers. How does working with a buyer’s agent help you be successful in your home search?

When you walk into an open house, that real estate agent is already working with the seller. They will not have your best interests at heart. A buyer specialist works with your specific interests in mind to help you through the buying process.

Within our team, we each fight for the individual. If you work with an agent who represents you and the seller, they have to stay neutral, leaving you to navigate the buying process and make decisions on your own. As a buyer specialist, Julie fights for you.

I’m a listing specialist, and when Julie writes an offer on one of the McNamee Team’s listings, she still represents your best interests as the buyer. Just like she does with any other property, Julie will research the listing and get information to help you get the property.

As a buyer specialist, Julie fights for your best interests.

Buyer specialists like Julie focus solely on the buyer. She is really familiar with the entire process, from the contract to showings. A good buyer’s agent will have a pulse on what’s happening in the market and be able to get you into the right home quickly.

Julie will meet with you ahead of time for a buyer consultation. During this consultation, she will ask questions to figure out exactly what kind of home you are looking for. Even if you cannot meet in person, a phone consultation is a good way to figure out how to begin your home search.

If you have any questions for Julie, give her a call at 612-481-9700 or send her an email at  julie@mcnameeteam.com. As always, if you have any other real estate questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We would be happy to help you!
